UTMConfig

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and us. Short, and written to be read rather than skipped.

Effective 27 August 2026 · Last updated 27 August 2026

Who you are agreeing with

UTMConfig is provided by Rick de Klein Digital, [registered address, Netherlands], registered under [KvK number]. Using the site or the application means you accept these terms. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you may do so on its behalf.

Your account

  • You need an accurate email address, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Keep your credentials to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has them.
  • One person per login. Extra people need seats, which is what the Agency plan is for.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

What you may not do

  • Break the law with it, or use it to help anyone else do so.
  • Resell it, or wrap it in your own product, without our written agreement.
  • Attack it: probing, scraping at volume, or trying to reach another workspace's data.
  • Work around plan limits, whether through the interface or the API.

We can suspend an account that is doing any of these, and will explain why unless the law stops us.

What you put in stays yours

Your conventions, client names, generated names and everything else you create remain yours. We claim no ownership and no licence beyond what is needed to run the service for you: storing it, displaying it back to you, and backing it up.

UTMConfig itself, including its software and design, stays ours.

Plans and payment

  • Free is free, with the limits shown on the pricing page, and no time limit.
  • Pro is $19 per month or $190 per year. Agency is $49 per month or $490 per year. Yearly is ten months, so two are free.
  • Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars.
  • Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies, and shown before you pay.

Payment is processed by Stripe, who act as merchant of record for the sale and handle the tax on it. Card details never reach our servers. Your invoice comes from Stripe.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel whenever you like from Settings. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew. Nothing is deleted when you drop to Free: the paid features simply stop.

We do not refund part-used periods as a rule. If something went genuinely wrong, write to info@utmconfig.com and we will sort it out. Consumers in the EU keep their statutory withdrawal rights.

Availability

We work to keep UTMConfig running and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but we do not promise an uptime figure and there is no service credit scheme. Generated names can always be copied out, and your data can be exported.

Features change. If we remove something significant from a paid plan we will tell account holders first.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or our own intent or gross negligence.

You are responsible for checking that generated names and tracking URLs suit your campaigns before spending money against them.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time, which deletes your workspaces and their contents. We can end the agreement with thirty days' notice, or immediately if these terms are seriously breached, and will refund the unused part of a prepaid period unless the reason was the breach.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change materially, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. Consumers keep the protections of their own country's law.

See also the Privacy Policy, which covers what we do with your data.
